What To Do?

If you become a victim of identity theft, take these steps immediately

  1. Notify us if your checkbook, ATM card or Debit MasterCard® has been lost or stolen.

  2. Close the accounts that you know or think have been tampered with or opened fraudulently. Contact Fort Hood National Bank about this process.
  3. Report the theft to local law enforcement authorities, and request a copy of the theft report to provide to Fort Hood National Bank.
  4. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission online at www.identitytheft.gov or call toll-free 877-IDTHEFT (438-4338); for the hearing-impaired, call 866-653-4261.
